LEO XUE
Leo is passionate about fitness and an ex-Taekwondo enthusiast who competes regularly in the past. He is a certified Personal Trainer by National Academy of Sports Medicine (U.K) and places important emphasis on safety and having the right postures in order not to hurt yourself during training sessions. He has also completed his STOTT Pilates Matwork Course with Breathe Pilates.
JONATHAN KIEW
Jonathan is an avid crossfitter and ex-national player in Tchoukball with a passion for fitness and healthy living. He is a dedicated and committed NCAP Level 1 Coach for the past 12 years. He has coached many people from all walks of life - he firmly believes that with consistent training and a healthy body, anyone can have a better quality of life.
KIM TAY
Kim is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and first jumped into the mat in 2010. Regular practice and love for yoga only started in 2014 after stepping into a hot flow class - she was trying out different exercises to cure her daily migraine which developed after pregnancy. She left the class feeling happy, and her migraine disappeared. Regular practice eventually cured her long term migraine, bringing along other health and mental benefits too. Hence, she got herself certified so that she can teach and spread the yoga love to others.
